has been a small business consultant for various businesses and more recently, she has focused

solely on the construction industry. She is the Owner of The Catalyst Firm which is a strategic

consulting firm specializing in market and teaming strategies. Shandra is also a strong advocate

for minority owned businesses and serves as the Vice Chairman of the National Association of

Minority Contractor’s.

More importantly, she is the Mother of two young men, and a Gigi to two grandchildren. For
